1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bay896," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the bay896 gaming platform accessible at bay896.cam, operating under the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
• "Platform" means the bay896 website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications, and all gaming services, features, and content made available to registered users.

• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed from a bay896 Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a User must complete before Bonus Balance funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bay896 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and bay896.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. bay896 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The bay896 Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with the minimum age for casino-style gambling as prescribed by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. Bay896 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bay896 Platform is operated for and primarily directed at residents of the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. Bay896 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not permitted to hold a bay896 Account or place wagers:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the bay896 Platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gambling service;
• Persons who are employees, contractors, directors, or officers of bay896 or its affiliates, or immediate family members of the foregoing;
• Persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Persons who have been previously banned from the bay896 Platform for violations of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access real-money gaming features on bay896, you must create a registered Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual natural person is permitted to maintain only one bay896 Account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, bay896 reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bay896 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. You must provide valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, Philippine driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bay896 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Bay896 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

You agree to notify bay896 immediately via the support contact channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Bay896 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Bay896 employs 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and continuous fraud monitoring to protect Account security. Session activity is logged by device and IP address. You may terminate all active sessions via the Account Security panel at any time.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Bay896 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Bay896 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable maximum deposit limits are displayed on the bay896 Cashier page at the time of transaction. Limits may vary by payment method and Account tier. VIP tier holders may be eligible for higher deposit limits subject to bay896 approval.

6.3 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your bay896 Account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner or authorised user of the payment method used. Bay896 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation as part of AML compliance obligations.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Bay896 maintains an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance programme consistent with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine law. All suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities. Bay896 may freeze an Account pending AML investigation without prior notice where required by law or regulatory obligation.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified Account holders. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Bay896 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

7.2 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers are processed within one to three business days. VIP tier holders, including Platinum and Black Diamond members, receive expedited and same-day withdrawal processing as a tier benefit.

7.3 Withdrawal Fees

Bay896 does not charge platform withdrawal fees. Black Diamond VIP tier members benefit from a guaranteed zero-fee withdrawal policy. Fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside bay896's control and remain your responsibility.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bay896 are subject to these general bonus terms and the specific terms stated on each individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bay896 bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is clearly displayed at the time of bonus activation. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified; unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire upon the deadline.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Bay896 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to drain bonus balances without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

8.4 VIP Programme

The bay896 VIP Programme — comprising Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond tiers — operates under a points accumulation system. VIP tier benefits, point multipliers, and tier thresholds are published on the VIP Programme page and may be revised by bay896 at any time with reasonable notice to affected tier holders.

9. Game Rules & Fairness

Each game available on the bay896 Platform is governed by the specific rules published within that game's interface or on the corresponding game information page. You are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing any wager.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the bay896 Platform are certified by independent testing laboratories and return to player (RTP) percentages are published where required. Live dealer games use physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, dice — operated by PAGCOR-certified live dealers streaming from the bay896 Manila studio.

Bay896 reserves the right to void bets placed on any game that has experienced a technical malfunction, software error, or any other fault that may have compromised the integrity of the result. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the relevant accounts without further liability.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bay896 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to access or use the Platform while self-excluded or while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with fair play;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in live dealer or multiplayer games;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, glitches, or unintended system behaviours for personal gain;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activities;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the bay896 Platform or its content;
• Registering or using a bay896 Account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first contacting bay896 support to resolve the underlying dispute.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by bay896

Bay896 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time and without prior notice if: the Account holder has breached these Terms; bay896 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct; the Account holder fails to complete KYC within a required timeframe; or regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require such action.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your bay896 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and any pending investigation. Bonus Balance at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. Bay896 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of up to ₱100 to dormant accounts with a remaining Real Money Balance, up to the point the balance reaches zero. Users will be notified via their registered contact details before dormancy fees are applied.

12. Responsible Gaming

Bay896 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. We operate in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines and provide the following tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your bay896 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period. Requests to lower loss limits take immediate effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your bay896 Account.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net position during play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling by requesting a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. Bay896 will suspend your Account for the chosen duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bay896 Platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are irrevocable.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the bay896 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, design elements, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of bay896 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise used without the prior written consent of bay896.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bay896 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, copy, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bay896 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, telecommunication network outages, or force majeure events;
• Any loss of data, winnings, or Account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Decisions made by the User in the course of gameplay, including all financial losses resulting from betting activity;
• The conduct of third-party payment providers, including delays, fees, or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bay896's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

Bay896 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and bay896. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the bay896 Privacy Policy.

Bay896 collects personal data including but not limited to: identity information, contact details, payment information, device and IP data, and gameplay history. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, and service improvement. Your data is handled with the security standards required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

16. Amendments to These Terms

Bay896 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to fee structures, eligibility criteria, or withdrawal policies — bay896 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Users via their registered email address or SMS to their registered mobile number.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or administrative updates — may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent amendment will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bay896 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bay896 Platform shall first be referred to bay896 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction over the matter.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Bay896 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
